By applying for officer status, you understand that this is an extra commitment to the guild and complete voluntary effort must be given for the betterment of Game Over. You must also expect no glory or fame from being an officer, as none will be given.

All fields are required to be filled out. Please be as detailed on your thoughts as possible, but not over extensive.

At this time we are accepting applications for 1-2 officer positions.
applications that are accepted will be required to go thru a 2 week initiate period.

Requirements for Admittance

Below is a list of things we look for:

1. Good positive attitude, helpful, well-tempered.
2. Skill & Modesty.
3. Social and willingness to interact with other members.
4. Frequent play
5. Vent with working mic & Forum usage -- A lot of it!
6. Be 18 years old or older.
7. Must have the ability to raid lead if called upon.

Additional things which will help:
1. website design and management skills
2. Strong positive reputation on server.

Things that are unacceptable:

1. Have a poor or questionable reputation.
2. Egomaniacs.
3. Tools.
4. Know-it-alls.
5. Unwillingness to participate on forums or vent.

Please copy and paste the following form into your message

Answer these questions honestly. There is no right answer, just the truth, and we admire honesty more than anything else.

1. Character Name/Class/Race:

Gender:
Your /played total, and at 80:

2. How often do you play, and what hours?

3. Can you make the following raid times, what amount of attendance do you envision Mon-Thur 6:30 pm-10:00 pm :

4. Previous Guilds, Detailed Reason for leaving Each:
What position(s) did you hold in each guild? (Officer, Raider, Scrub?)

5. What can you tell us about yourself that will convince us you're the candidate for us?

6. Which of the following things do you read: forums on worldofwarcraft, strats, videos, or anything else? Explain to us what you research to be a better player.

7. How well do you know the mechanics and math behind your class? Would you be comfortable if asked to perform a mathematical analysis of the value of an item/talent/buff, would you be able to return a quantitative result (not just saying that Grilled Mudfish gives you more DPS than Spicy Talbuk, but how much more DPS), and what tools (if any) would you use for that analysis and how do you know those tools are reliable?

8. Please post your PvE talent spec and the reasons you use it.

9. What is your previous in game raiding experience? Please indicate when you killed bosses whether they were farm or first kill.

10. Pretend you are a raid leader -- Invent a loot system or choose an existing one, tell us why you did.

11. What do you look for when you put together a Raid??

12. What raids have you been on? Raid Leaded? How far did you get?

13. Please rank the following concepts in terms of their importance for you. Use the top of the list as most important, and the bottom as least important:

-Balancing Warcraft with real life
-Playing your alt
-Getting server first kills
-Having a friendly gaming atmosphere
-Having guild organized PvP activity
-Getting Loot

14. If you could make one dramatic change in Game Over, what would it be?
